One of our favourite places to eat. The Fox and Willow is one of Scotland's finest boutique gastropubs, situated in the leafy suburbs of the coastal town of Ayr. Renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and an extensive wine and cocktail list, diners travel from far and wide to experience eating and drinking at The Fox.
The Wellington
Local Pub
Great spot for a drink after a walk on the beach. What was once a classic neighbourhood pub has evolved into a stylish hideaway with a subtle 1920s-inspired feel. Wellingtons has something going on most nights with a lively quiz on Wednesdays, open mic sessions showcasing local talent on Thursdays, and plenty of live music at the weekends. The new hand-crafted cocktail menu is particularly impressive, blending classic favourites with some bold, creative twists. All in all, it’s a welcoming place with plenty of atmosphere and a great way to round off the day.

Souter's Inn

The long established Seafront restaurant is situated on Ayr Beach and boasts panoramic views overlooking the picturesque Isle of Arran. We would recommend getting a window seat to watch the sunset. In addition, the Alloway Place restaurant provides a contemporary ambience and is conveniently positioned within the heart of Ayr Town Centre.
